With over 17 years of experience under my belt, I’ve spent the last decade as a Principal Structural Engineer at McDermott’s KSA office, where I’ve led and contributed to numerous impactful projects.
What sets me apart is my unique blend of expertise. While my primary focus is structural engineering, I’m also a certified consultant in therapeutic nutrition, specializing in obesity and thinness. The Research Objective
My educational journey has been one of relentless pursuit of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for project management. I’m currently a Ph.D. researcher at Cairo University, where my focus is on the critical role of teamwork in enhancing organizational productivity, particularly within McDermott.
My research delves into how different personality traits can influence team dynamics and, ultimately, project success. By analyzing the interactions between team members and identifying the most effective combinations of traits, I aim to develop strategies that lead to more productive and harmonious work environments.
This work builds on my Master’s in Business Administration and is supported by my certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). My contributions to the academic community include several research projects and presentations that explore the intersection of project management theory and real-world applications.
